Big Island Beauty College

BIBC has been named a Licensed Vendor for the State of Hawaii, providing vocational training on a case by case basis.
We were awarded a grant in partner ship with the catholic church to provide scholarships to those who were in danger of being homeless. BIBC used the $90,000 to train nine cosmetologists and twelve Nail Technicians.

Big Island Beauty College Principal, Antoinette (Toni) Mott has been in the beauty industry for more than thirty years. After graduating from La France Beauty School in Miami Beach Florida, she worked in television, stage and screen. She has owned two successful salons and was an instructor at Ultissima Beauty School and Queens Beauty Institute in New York City, and Miss Marty's School of Beauty in San Francisco California.
