Debi Childers, Texas state licensed technician and instructor since 1993, offers hands-on experience in a 4 day workshop. Debi specializes in the application of natural looking permanent makeup. Hairstroke eyebrows and lashline enhancement are very popular to those who are a bit conservative. These techniques, as well as others, are taught in a small group setting in Bella Institute. One-on-one training is offered at an additional fee.
