Elite (Progressive School of Cosmetology)

EliteTM is a specialty hair and make up school offering one course of instruction: COSMETOLOGY, which allows us to focus our efforts on what excites you the most, hair and makeup.

Unique to eliteTM is a 6 level curriculum that spans over an 1800 hour course. Tuition is based on 1600 required hours to qualify to sit for the licensure examination and the other 200 optional hours are free. The curriculum will take you from the very basic baby steps of hair cutting, color, make up, to the most advanced techniques in the industry today.

Our continued involvement over the past 18 years in the fashion and salon industry guarantees our students an unparalleled, cutting edge, and up to date curriculum. eliteTM has owned very successful high end salons. And with two teams of professional hair stylists and make-up artists in LA and NY, eliteTM staff continue to do hair and make-up in salons and for magazines, runway shows like Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in NY and LA, and prestigious events like the Oscars and the Grammies.
