Mr. Bela's School of Cosmetology

Mr. Bela’s School of Cosmetology does not discriminate in its employment, admission, instruction, or graduation policies on the basis of age, race, creed, color, religion, sex, financial status, or area of origin or residence. The School requires that each student enrolling be at least 16 years of age and a high school graduate or the equivalent. If the applicant does not hold a high school diploma or equivalent, he/she must be above compulsory school age (16) and demonstrate the ability-to-benefit from the course of training through testing according to the School’s policy.
If a student is denied admission to the School, the records will be kept on file for a year.
A limited number of secondary students will be considered for enrollment if they successfully complete a pre-enrollment exam in compliance with the ability-to-benefit policy and obtain permission in writing from the primary school in which they are enrolled.
