Regina's College of Beauty

Nancy D. Perry and Debra R. Perry established Regina’s College of Beauty in 2003 in order to provide quality education in the field of Cosmetology and Manicuring. The school is named in honor of our late mother Regina Perry. The school has a reputable name to live up to because the woman behind the name stood for greatness, and we at Regina's strive for greatness and success!
Debra one of the owner's and director has been a licensed Cosmetologist and instructor since 1976. She has been a salon owner and a cosmetology school director. She has had experience in working with employers and advisory committees to assure that the training meets the demands of the jobs available to Cosmetology students.
