Southeastern Beauty School

The objective of the Cosmetology program is to train students in the skills required to pass the State Board of Cosmetology examination. After the Cosmetology student successfully passes the state examination he/she will receive a master license and become elligable to work in the state of Georgia in the cosmetology industry.

The objective of the Barber program is to train students in the skills required to pass the State Board of Barbers examination. After the Barber student successfully passes the state examination he/she will receive a master license and become eligible to work in the state of Georgia in the barber industry.

The objective of the Barber Instructor Program is to train the barber in the skills necessary to effectively teach Barbering, as a profession. Emphasis is placed on aspects of theory and practice of barbering in the teaching of skills. Instructor trainees will be under the direct supervision of a licensed instructor at all times. Six months of day, or seven and one-half months of evening, attendance is required by the Georgia State Board.
