The European Academy of Cosmetology & Hairdressing

The European Academy of Cosmetology & Hairdressing, LLC (TEACH) brings world-class education and training to the Connecticut shoreline. Located in a state-of-the-art facility, and staffed by masters in thier field, TEACH offers a comprehensive, progressive education in the basics of hairdressing and cosmetology, with additional training in salon management.

The course of study includes 1,500 of classroom education and hands-on-training. Classes, taken either full or part-time, prepare students to apply for a Connecticut license in Hairdressing, Cosmetology and Barbering. The first 200, classroom-based hours, focus on the theoretical aspects of all content areas. The remaining hours are devoted to practical experience - first with mannequins and then clients.
